The devastated family would have to take their daughter home.

5) Ashley describes the moment he had to take his daughter home to die and the emotional pain he felt. He goes on to explain that he went from having hope to feeling all hope was lost and how much he underestimated the importance of having hope. He talks about his daughter's health and how she fought for three weeks instead of the two days doctors predicted. Cain describes how he felt when he realized the final morning was upon them.

He believes that everyone on this planet will experience grief at some point and that the circle of grief always stays the same. Though it is painful, Ashley asserts that grief can also be the most beautiful time of one's life because it holds memories of the person that one loves and has lost. Ashley's grief has become a part of his life, and he has never tried to run away from it, compress it, or hide it. He says that from his struggle and pain, he found his strength and purpose.

He emphasizes that it's essential to be there for that person and listen to them during their grieving process. Ashley then shares his upcoming events, including his goal to climb the seven highest mountains in the seven continents and his participation in a thousand-mile kayak race that is supposed to be the world's toughest survival endurance race.

14) Ashley talks about how he refused to take money to promote a product because he wanted to be taken seriously when he had a meaningful message to deliver. He even went through a financial crisis, gave up alcohol, and did physical challenges to raise awareness for a foundation without getting any money for it. When he was ready for any opportunity, chances started coming, and he ultimately went on a race that could have fatalities. He realized that he needed to do it because he didn't want to let his daughter and himself down. Ashley's message for people is to appreciate what you have in your life and to never give up, no matter how difficult your situation is.

15) Ashley shares his outlook on happiness and how he values fulfillment and self-worth over temporary forms of validation that lead to happiness. He believes that mental health issues often stem from a lack of self-worth and self-confidence and emphasizes the importance of showing up every day and doing what is necessary to build those qualities. He explains how he starts every day the same way by earning his respect and looking in the mirror, which motivates him to continue working hard throughout the day. He then provides an example of a typical day in his life, which is filled with various projects and activities aimed at achieving his goals and maintaining his physical well-being.

16) Ashley discusses the numerous tasks he juggles throughout the day. He spends up to five hours daily training, handling 30-50 communication efforts, and balancing recovery and food intake amid all this. Cain's typical sleep pattern lasts only four to five hours daily, and he wakes up around 4:20 a.m. He detests having free time and prefers his manager to fill every bit of his schedule. Cain refrains from any dating endeavors at present and has mixed feelings regarding fathering another child since he feels it would be unfair to that child to offer any less love than what he gave Azaylia.
