They believed in their content, which had the power to revolutionize education, and refused to be held back by societal norms or gender bias. She also talks about her early years,where she wasn't always a topper in class and never left her parents' home until she started Byju's. Despite this, she had a supportive family that has always stood by her.

They also focused on creating relatable branding and developing a personality for their brand while prioritizing both love and trust as crucial components in the education industry. Ultimately, they believe love is an input and trust is an output when it comes to building a successful brand.

Byju's has also created opportunities for 15,000 women to work from home as teachers, providing a highly respectable profession that helps bring women back into the workforce.
