She talks about YSS Yogodas at Sung Society, which she likens to a martial art because of its focus on discipline and protocols in meditation. Through consistent discipline and spiritual growth, materialism and happiness will naturally chase you without the need to chase after them. While she does not bring up her meditation practices often, Sara enjoys doing it without an ulterior motive,and regularly does full moon meditations and a water fast for the full day.

6)    Sara Ali Khan discusses the role of pain in appreciating meditation and how people in their 20s, who have experienced anxiety or failure, are drawn to it. She talks about how the process of channeling one's energy and acknowledging the need for it came to her only recently and how it is important to have that little extra push to re-evaluate things that matter. She also shares her experience of being on a movie set, saying that everyone collaborates and works together to achieve that common goal, paralleling it with the harmonious environment of a temple, saying she felt double energy between being on the film set and attending an aarti in Kedarnath. While talking about growing up in a family in the film industry,Sara mentions that her parents did not encourage a lot of visitation on set and that she didn't have many filmy friends. She also mentions her experience with her dad, when he was a guest on the podcast and how much he enjoyed speaking toher in Hindi.

Sara admires her father's balance between personal and professional life, and how he always comes back to normalcy after every film regardless of its success or failure.She also emphasizes the importance of taking time off to unwind and take breaks for self-discovery, and how this helps build character. Sara says that while she turns to her mother, Amrita Singh, for advice, she is confident in her own strengths and that she will not drown.

Moreover, she talks about her childhood, how she escaped from difficult times through food, and how her mother, Amrita Singh, is her biggest support system.

She also shares her love language, which is quality time, and how she hates gifts as they feel like a replacement for emotional availability.

12)  Sara Ali Khan discusses her possessiveness as a girlfriend, admitting that she's not possessive at all. However, she can be erratic when it comes to scheduling meetups and work always comes first.Despite this, she wants a family life and hopes to have a daughter first at the age of 32. Later on, they discuss what Sara brings to a relationship and how she can support a partner, especially from a guy's perspective.
