1) Sarbajeet Mohanty, a paranormal investigator, talks about how every place is haunted to some extent, but what makes a place more haunted is the level of activity of the spirits that reside there. Mohanty explains that there are different kinds of spirits: some may not know they are dead and seek attention, while others have crossed over but choose to stay in the earthly realm for various reasons. Mohanty also discusses the notion of the afterlife, stating that spirits who are stuck to a particular person or place may feel trapped and lonely. Mohanty cautions against suicide, as he believes the existence after suicide may be worse than before.

2) Sarbajeet shares his experiences investigating supernatural occurrences in haunted locations. Mohanty cites instances where the spirits he encounters are still stuck in the past and unaware of the current year due to the concept of time being lost for them. He also sheds light on the device he uses to communicate with the spirits and the scientific community's stance on the paranormal. More physicists are becoming believers in the supernatural and researching the field, and Mohanty notes that there are more fake people in the field than genuine ones.

3) Sarbajeet discusses the challenges of studying paranormal phenomena and the skepticism it faces from the scientific community. He explains that many scientists are only interested in researching fields that have direct human applications and benefit society. He also discusses the idea of proof and belief, stating that believers don't require proof while skeptics won't be convinced by any argument. He goes on to talk about using white noise to communicate with spirits and shares a story of a communication with an 11th-century spirit named Srinivas.

4) Sarbajeet discusses his investigation into a case involving a man named Mr. Srinivas who had passed away in a tragic manner. While investigating, they were able to make contact with his spirit and offered prayers for him to find the light, a term used for a spirit to be released. Mohanty explains that realization is important for a spirit, but some spirits choose to stay back for various reasons or fear judgment day. He also shares a case about a man named Michael Taylor who was possessed, leading to an exorcism that resulted in his brutal behavior and finding himself covered in blood on the streets.

5) Sarbajeet discusses the case of Michael Taylor who brutally murdered his wife and their dog. He was possessed by some kind of demon, according to the speaker, and lost his soul's aspect of humanity. The discussion then shifts to how some serial killers have been linked to demonology, such as Jeffrey Dahmer and Son of Sam. He believes that such people cannot be considered human beings anymore and were possessed by some kind of demon.

6) Sarbajeet explains his role as a demonologist and how demonology is practiced in India. He points out that demonology is mainly related to religion and that demons are inhuman entities known for causing emotional and physical damage. He also notes that various religions have their own demons to reinforce faith. The demonologist goes on to discuss the case of a serial killer and how it could be linked to schizophrenia instead of demonic possession.

7) Sarbajeet discusses the possible reasons behind cases of possession and exorcisms. He explains that often, such cases are linked to mental illness or are the result of psychological effects of situations individuals are going through. Additionally, he emphasizes the importance of first having medical reports and ruling out psychological or scientific explanations before turning to demonic or paranormal ones. He shares an anecdote where investigating a case of possession led them to discover that the person was scared of the 10th board exams, and the supposed possession was actually an example of excited delirium, a psychological phenomenon.

8) Sarbajeet discusses the concept of the human body having electricity and how it is related to spirituality. Mohanty shares his personal experience of Reiki, an energy healing practice, that helped him heal from tennis elbow. He also talks about how prayer involves the transfer of electricity outside the body, and when people pray together, the collective electricity in the room can create a calming effect. Mohanty shares a story about an abandoned hospital and church in Nanita, where a doctor during the British era killed his patients in a room called the "mukti koti."

9) Sarbajeet shares a story of investigating a church that was adjacent to a hospital where a doctor was experimenting on patients' afterlife. While investigating the church, a psychic stated that the entities in the surrounding forest were not human and could be considered demonic. They use an experiment called the Estes experiment, which involves using a device to cancel all outside noise and blind folding the person to trigger another sense. This experiment led to Puja, the one wearingthe headphones, hearing voices and seeing people standing and circling like they were about to pray, which was not scripted or planned.

10) Sarbajeet discusses his experiences with paranormal investigations and how they use various devices to communicate with spirits. He also talks about the concept of divine possession and the Mata Anna Phenomena where a positive deity possesses someone who can answer questions for others. He believes in the divinity of these experiences and has seen psychics channeling messages from spirits. However, he also acknowledges that there are people who fake these experiences for personal gain, particularly in rural areas. It ishis job to find both angles and respect the authenticity of these experiences while also being skeptical of fakers.

11) Sarbajeet talks about the use of symbols and objects in different religions, such as yantras in Tantra, Om in India, the Pentacle in witchcraft, and Thor's hammer in Viking symbols. He also shares how he believes that tattoos are a way to integrate foreign elements into our own DNA and can be used as protective symbols. Sarbajeet further discusses his belief in ascended masters who are helping humanity, and how his interest in spirituality and these higher beings was triggered by a childhood memory and his Ayahuasca experience later on. He emphasizes that the human mind and body are capable of growth and achieving incredible things, but it takes patience and effort, much like building a muscle.

12) Sarbajeet talks about the power of crystals and how they can be used for healing, protection, and cleansing. He explains that crystals come from nature and have all the abilities of healing and shielding, but it's important to know what you are doing while using them. Crystals need to be charged using Moon's or Sun's energy or Reiki healing to reactivate them. Mohanty emphasizes that intention and visualization are vital parts of meditation, and crystals have their own intelligence that can be affected by human energy. He shares the personal experience of seeing plants flourish in his podcast room where he meditates and how crystals have helped him even though he was never a believer in them before.
